The Lawton Chapter of AMBUCS was chartered on January 9th, 1953, making it the second oldest civic organization in Lawton. In our 50 year history, the Lawton AMBUCS has been the home of numerous District Governors, two Regional Directors, a National Big Hat President, a National President, and a National "AMBUC of the Year" recipient.
The Lawton Chapter had contributed over $150,000.00 to the National Scholarship for Therapists Program. Locally, we have been providing an average of $4,000.00 per year for these scholarships.
